Scope of Work: Project was directly related to making improvements to an existing warehouse area that is directly behind an existing medical marijuana dispensary. The horticultural facility is made up of (11) 750SF growing rooms, with fully functional climate control, automatic sensors, purified watering systems, electrical systems throughout, restrooms, breakroom, clipping rooms and packaging rooms. Construction consisted of metal stud framing, masonry, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, insulation, steel, concrete, demolition, metal paneling systems, fire sprinkler system and new line to building, consultation and management.
