Scope of Work: Project involved closing the carport to transform for livable space, converted the entire home into a totally renovated home care facility, which included the kitchen, living room, dining room, (2) ADA compliant restrooms, (4) half baths, (1) full bath restroom, (3) new HVAC units, (10) bedrooms, new flooring throughout, ADA accessible throughout, new windows throughout and various other improvements to produce a new fully functional home care facility.
