Scope of Work: All types of construction in residential homes including replacing windows, doors, repairing walls and roofs, mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems, flooring, new construction, repairs, weather or fire damage, fire protection, troubleshooting, landscaping, painting, stucco, masonry, framing, etc. Contract/project scope range from $25K up to $80K.
