Scope of Work: Reusing the existing steel columns and roof structure, the new construction involved site development, new stained concrete slab, metal framing, metal sheeting, electrical service, plumbing and mechanical systems. We’ve also added a hitch bay on one side and the show room on the other side and ADA accessibility throughout the entire facility.
