Octavio A. SantaMaria, Jr. brings a vast amount of knowledge and experience in architecture and construction projects. His past 27 years in the building industry overseeing all phases of multimillion-dollar construction, infrastructure, superfund and environmental projects for government and private-sector clients. Backed by strong credentials, references and a proven history of on-time, on-budget and high-quality project completions. Octavio has maintained a solid reputation with all design, construction and governmental associates throughout the State of Arizona has served the local community, both, in private and public sectors, and earned him long business relationships throughout the years.

A5 Des+Con specializes in project/construction management, A&E design services, commercial/industrial/governmental/educational construction, interagency contracts, public/commercial tenant improvements, historical & art restoration, environmental remediation, emergency damage restoration, transportation, utility infrastructure and site improvements.
